THE FOLLOWING IS A COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT ISSUED BY 6PM HOLDINGS P.L.C. (“THE COMPANY”) IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LISTING RULES.

The Company, further to its announcement of 19 May 2017, writes to update the market regarding progress towards publishing its Annual Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2016.

Delays had occurred due to internal restructuring and reorganisation of the business, following the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the Company by Idox plc in early 2017. The Company is confident that we are near to completion of this Annual Financial Report and are hopeful to publish the Annual Financial Report in the coming weeks.

The delay in the publication of the Company’s Annual Financial Report has, in line with normal practice, resulted in the suspension of the listing and trading in the Company’s securities by the Listing Authority until such time as its Annual Financial Report is made public.

The Company will make such further announcements as may be necessary in due course.
