Mr. Tonio Depasquale, holder of Identity Card number 944148M and currently residing at 32, Sir Ugo Mifsud Street, Lija has been appointment as a non-executive director effective from the annual general meeting of the company held on the 25th June 2015.

Mr. Tonio Depasquale was the Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. up to 2011 and he was a director in, amongst other companies, Middlesea Insurance p.l.c., Midi p.l.c. and Viset p.l.c.

Mr. Tonio Depasquale currently acts as a director of a number of companies operating in a wide spectrum of commercial activities. There are no other details concerning the new appointments that require disclosure under Listing Rule 5.20.
