THE FOLLOWING IS A COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT ISSUED BY 6PM HOLDINGS P.L.C. (“THE COMPANY”) IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LISTING RULES.

The Company announces that due to an ongoing, internal restructuring and reorganisation exercise being carried out pursuant to the recent acquisition of the entire issued share capital by Idox plc, the Company has encountered delays in the publishing of its Annual Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2016.

The delay in the publication of the Company’s Annual Financial Report has, in line with normal practice, resulted in the suspension of the listing and trading in the Company’s securities by the Listing Authority until such time as its Annual Financial Report is made public.

The Company will make such further announcements as may be necessary in due course.
