The Company announces that it is anticipated that its audited annual financial statements for the financial period ended 31st October 2017 will be completed by 31st May 2018, following which the Company will forthwith proceed with the publication of said audited financial statements.

The suspension of trading in the Company’s listed bonds by the Malta Stock Exchange shall remain in effect until such time as such financial information is published by the Company.

The Company will make such further announcements as may be necessary in due course.
