THE FOLLOWING IS A COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT ISSUED BY 6PM HOLDINGS P.L.C. (“THE COMPANY”) IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LISTING RULES.

Further to its Company Announcement 6PM140 dated yesterday, 28th February 2018, the Company confirms the suspension of trading of its 5.1% Unsecured Bonds 2025 (ISIN: MT0000351206) with effect from the date of this Company Announcement as provided in terms of Listing Rule 1.14.3, due to the Company’s failure to publish its annual financial statements for the financial period ended 31st October 2017. The suspension of trading is expected to be extended until such time as the above mentioned financial information is published by the Company.

The Company will make such further announcements in connection with the foregoing as may be necessary in due course.
